Hi, I’m Caroline

I’m a people-focused professional with 6+ years partnering with cross-functional teams, teaching myself a new skill at nearly every job, from packaging design to email design to account-based advertising.

While my background is in graphic design, the most meaningful part of my work has always been the people. I've built relationships with teammates and kept complex projects moving through clear, proactive communication, reducing revisions by 15% in my current role. Along the way, I've made it a priority to help colleagues feel heard and valued.

In college, I spent a semester mentoring an international student through cultural adjustment, meeting regularly over shared meals to help them find a sense of belonging. Later, as an au pair in Australia, I found that same sense of belonging from the other side, building close friendships with fellow au pairs from all over the world as we navigated a new country together. Stepping into the unfamiliar, and helping others do the same, is a pattern that keeps showing up in my life. It's what's leading me to Learning & Development now, particularly roles in onboarding and new hire engagement, where I can help people feel welcomed into something new.
